Chris Ennis - Chartered Building Surveyor - Worthing, West Sussex

Friendly, personal and approachable surveyor - 30 years experience

Thank you for visiting me – I hope you find the site both interesting and helpful.

I aim to offer specialist and impartial advice on all structural matters relating to property purchase. I have many years of relevant experience and I am now semi-retired. I will be pleased to discuss any of my clients’ worries, and can tailor reports specifically for their needs.

To most, a house is the most expensive purchase of their lives. We would not contemplate buying a property without the professional advice of a solicitor or conveyancer to prove the title, yet we often don't see the need to obtain a professional survey which informs us of the condition of the bricks and mortar.

Specialist Experience, Impartial Guidance, Support and Quality Advice on Property, Building and Structural Issues.

About

I am a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and I qualified by examination in 1979. I specialise in the speedy preparation of all types of survey (both for purchase and pre-purchase). I endeavour to make my reports both easy to read and understand and I will be pleased to discuss any property related matter with my clients. Over the years, I have seen many building defects – some are very obvious and some not so. Please take a few minutes to visit my “Gallery” page on this site to see some of the more interesting items of disrepair, along with a brief commentary. I will be pleased to discuss any aspect of my work, and my fees, should you care to make contact, either by email or by telephone.
